Live now, The Asia Climate Finance Podcast

Updated: Oct 27, 2022

Joseph Jacobelli, a 30-year energy and finance veteran and member of the Red Links Sustainability Consortium, has launched a new podcast series, “The Asia Climate Finance Podcast”.

The Podcast will let listeners understand and evaluate Asia’s decarbonisation business and finance trends from the capital markets perspective.

Over 73% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from the energy sector. The energy industry in Asia Pacific is at the centre of the world’s Net Zero Emissions movement, which is estimated to cost $275 million in the next 30 years, because it accounts for over 45% of global energy consumption. Asia’s path to Net Zero Emissions is opening up trillions of dollars’ worth of business and investment opportunities. Yet, navigating the transition requires understanding and evaluating a complex number of issues. They range from economic and financial aspects to political and technological ones.

Each episode of “The Asia Climate Finance Podcast” will identify, discuss, and evaluate a wide range of topical subject matters with leading experts from a business and capital markets perspective. They will include a variety of thought-leaders with wide-ranging backgrounds.

The Asia Climate Finance Podcast is available now on all major podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
